P17.15.A Neoadjuvant immunotherapy in the treatment of recurrent glioblastoma: an overview of last decade

Abstract Background Recurrent glioblastoma (ArGB) is one of the most common primary malignant brain tumors in adults, with a poor prognosis, low patient survival even after treatment. Because this, several studies were carried out evaluating different therapies for treatment ArGB, more recently have emerged regarding use neoadjuvant immunotherapy and its possible advantages such patients. Therefore, present study aims to analyze efficacy effect on patients recurrent glioblastoma. Material Methods A search was performed PubMed, Embase Cochrane databases using keywords: “Immunotherapy, “neoadjuvant” "recurrent glioblastoma".
